DOTmed.com, the online Auction leader for medical equipment, is seeking an innovative and experienced professional to take our company to the next level. Our professional should be creative and intelligent and possess a strong drive to get the job done fast and done right.
The Marketing Manager will work with the President and Senior Management to define a marketing strategy and set strategic goals in order to help DOTmed grow nationally and internationally.
The Marketing Manager must be a strong leader with the ability to set goals and get results. He or she must be able to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

Key responsibilities will include:
* Strategy Development, Planning and Reporting
* Prepare overall marketing strategy
* Develop programs with quantifiable objectives to measure results
* Analyze market trends, recommend changes to marketing based on analysis and feedback
* Prepare and manage the overall marketing budget
Public Relations Management:
* Oversee the company`s public relations initiatives including press releases, client advisories, advertising, marketing materials and publications and online marketing
* Design and production of all aspects of visual marketing needs, including print ads, publications and web site development
Management and Leadership:
* Build and maintain a high performance culture through effective performance management, communication and coaching of staff
* Manage multiple projects, prioritize work and balance strategic and tactical issues
* Ensure development of the existing marketing team and oversee the recruitment of appropriately skilled staff to new positions as and when required
* Establish appropriate remuneration levels and performance based conditions for the marketing team.
Requirements:
The candidate must have no less than 5 years of experience with a track record of developing comprehensive marketing strategies. An undergraduate degree is required and an advanced degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a background in the medical equipment or online marketplaces.
